Sessions & Costs
I believe counselling should be flexible and responsive to your individual needs. There is no minimum number of sessions required, and you are not committing to a set course of counselling.
We can discuss how frequently you would like to meet and review this together as your counselling journey progresses. You are free to decide how long you would like to continue.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Details about notice periods, cancellations and missed appointments can be found in my Cancellation Policy.
Online Sessions
Concessionary rate — £25 per session
Standard rate — £40 per session
In-Person Sessions
Concessionary rate — £30 per session
Standard rate — £50 per session

Concessionary-rate spaces are limited and subject to availability. These arrangements may be reviewed periodically, and I will always discuss any proposed changes with you in advance.
